Biography Klervie Mouho is an Ivorian-French artist and designer. Raised in Abidjan, she moved to Angers, France, where she graduated with distinction from the Beaux-Arts in Angers (TALM) in 2021. She obtained her master's degree in visual communication, at Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK) in 2023. "I create artworks where memories are transformed and reinvented. The colours I use are vibrant and the characters I depict are faceless. Imbued with nostalgia, my work is inspired by photographs found in my family album or the endless gallery on my mobile phone. Recurring images emerge, repeat themselves, but are never identical. The line between reality and imagination is blurred. They evoke memories that are both poignant and vague - collective memories of a troubled time in Côte d'Ivoire, including political unrest and military uprisings on my birthday, as well as lighter, more personal memories." Born in 2000 Abidjan, Ivory Coast Lives and works between Abidjan and Zurich
