Mbow's portraits from Africa are a performance of people and props, fused together to create an image.
His photography is strongly influenced by painting and imagery from Africa, to create a digital collage.
At the heart of Xaadim’s work are human emotions and powerful visual expressions from Senegal.
He exhibited as an artist at the Dakar Biennale OFF 2022 and is presenting his first exhibition in Europe at NGALA.
Born in 1988, Xaadim Mbow lives and works in Dakar, Senegal.
